How can I get a refund?
We offer refunds up to 14 days after receiving your parcel. In order for your refund to be accepted, your item must be returned in the condition it was received in, with the tags still attached. Please then send us an email asking for our return address, the reason for return and pictures of the product to make sure that you will get approved for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Please If we have approved your item for a refund, please pop the item in an envelope, and include YOUR NAME, REASON FOR RETURN and ADDRESS on the returns NOTE INSIDE. We will not be able to refer to instagram messages or emails, so please don't forget the note! When we receive the item, we will automatically issue you a refund. Times will differ depending on the times of your bank, but refunds should come through within 3-10 days.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been approved for a refund, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase and we will email you to advise this refund has been processed. For debit/credit card payments, please allow 2-3 days for the bank to clear these funds back into your balance.
What if I receive a faulty product?
We hope to never send you a faulty item and we are extremely sorry if we do and, we would like to refund or replace this for you. Please send us an email and we will give you steps on what to do in order to get a refund or an exchange.
Can I exchange rather than a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange rather than a refund unless your item is faulty. You must contact us for a refund directly instead of asking for an exchange :)
I have received an incorrect item in my order?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please email us and we will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
We can not cancel orders once the order is shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
